“ It was just starting to get better (like it used to be) in terms of service and food selection/quality, but it closed. I really hope that it's temporary and that it can be revived. The drag shows were so much fun and the food was delicious! It's also been around for over 70 years! ”
“ We came in on a Monday evening, close to 10 pm, as we scoped out the menu ahead of time and looked forward to the food. I used to go to Luther's Cafe (before the condos and move across the street) in high school, and it was hands down the best spot to get late-night food and a damn good burger. So it was one of the late-night spots I knew we could go to, especially on a Monday night. We ended up sitting at the bar since there was space, and we were happy with it since it put us right in front of the bartender for quicker service. We checked out the menu ahead of time, so we were set on getting a house salad, a burger (which came with TWO sides!), and the sampler appetizer. The food was excellent and hot when it came out, so it concerns me to see other reviews here complaining about it as our food was fantastic. My boyfriend ordered the frozen Jack and Coke, and I got a draft beer. Both were great, and before we could even finish our glass, the bartender would come and offer a refill. Superb service! The atmosphere was great for a late Monday night. We had all the TVs within our view to watch, and the music was bumping enough for our bartender to sing along and dance as he worked the bar. I overheard some folx from out of town asking the bartender what to get into and what other bars were around Luther's. The bartender was friendly enough to talk about the area and give them some good places and spots to try out. We were super happy with the service, food, and the parking situation (again, on a Monday) was no big deal for street parking. We look forward to coming back in again to try out more food and maybe a couple of other frozen drinks. ”

“ Had a great morning at Luther's! I hope they keep the parade route the same - we will absolutely make this our "go-to" place for the Battle of the Flowers parade. “ Love coming to this place. The food is delicious and atmosphere is friendly and entertaining. My son's Brunch Burger was HUGE and DELICIOUS. My waffles were a little soggy but my eggs were perfect. Splurged on a mimosa bucket for birthday celebration and of course, my usual cold drafts. As always, ran into friends and co-workers enjoying the food while waiting for the show! Get there early, if you are going to sit and eat, this place fills up fast! ”
“ 05/06/2020 They are open, indoors and outdoors and adhering to the 25% capacity and spacing rules. Many folks opted to sit outdoors; we sat inside. All the doors were open and it was very pleasant and comfortable. We ran into a couple of guys we know who work f other bars on the strip, namely Sparky's and Knockouts. Our Sparky's contact tells us they may not open until July. They are remodeling and super cleaning the place. He says we won't recognize the place. Intriguing. But I digress. Luther's is open and serving all their usual menu. We had burgers and cokes. Good, good. I was so tempted for alcohol. Happy hour, you know. But it's a school night. Ha, ha. Go there. 05/07/2020 - additional info: The drag shows usually performed at the Heat (closed for now) are being held at Luther's. I know at least Friday's and Saturday's. Call to be sure. ”
“ Came here for a quick drink and snack during Happy Hour. Great prices on drinks but not for appetizers... Boo!! However, I love the outdoor patio where you can people watch and enjoy the weather when it's nice. Service was outstanding! Drinks were strong! Food was delicious! I plan to come back! ”
